How I felt about lockdown 6 weeks ago

I think the main reason that I was so excited was that I could wake up whenever and do anything in my free time. I remember in the beginning when everything was still a mess and all the teachers and students were confused. I found it fairly simple though even I struggled a little.

I now admit that I miss going out into public without getting judged by others. When we got the news earlier today that we are going back to school on the 2nd of June I was shocked. I am not sure I will manage to survive at home for 2 more months.

Lock down started 6 weeks ago and it is close to hitting the 2 month mark. When this whole thing started, I honestly felt very excited because I do not really enjoy going out :/ But now I would do literally anything to go back to school. When this is over I am going to the beach for sure!!!

 

My Life in Lockdwon

This was pretty much the best best thing that happened to me today

Tuesday (21/04/2020) - Surviving the 6th week of Lock down!! Being stuck with my family for this long is starting to affect me. I miss seeing my friends or just going out in general. I got my online maths test back.... that was a massive disappointment :( Good thing though, I had a croissant for breakfast, so that was nice.

My only hope is that the government will finally let us go back to school :) I am an introvert when it comes to going out, but even I miss it. I cant wait to be able to hug my friends and not get scolded by other people. 

Science is getting really difficult.

Another thing I never thought I was going to say is that I HATE online school. My mom gave me this rule that I cant watch any Netflix during the day, but sometimes I have 3 free lessons in a row! It gets really boring. Also surprisingly, we get more work at home :( One good thing about learning at home though is that at least all of the teachers give us a lot of time to do a whole lot of work...now that I think about it, this may not be that good of a thing.

Since we cant really use a lab for the science lessons, we are getting a lot of websites to do the work, and most of the time they are either laggy or dont even work.

 

How I feel about Lockdown

  School work: I honestly feel like we are getting a little too much work. Just last week I had to make a total of 3 posters. I am not one to complain about making projects, but this is just too much. I think that it is essential to keep learning even considering the circumstances, but teachers just overload us with work.

Friends: I call my friends every day, but it is not the same as actually being with them. We talk to each other online but I miss hanging out with them. It is getting boring watching netflix.:(

 

 

 

Family: We get to be together a lot, which can be good, but sometimes they get on my nerves. Also I hate how they are the only humans who I have seen since 6 weeks!!!!!

 

We are still waiting on updates, but hopefully our old life will resume soon :D
